I have entrusted part of my money to get a frame that this company is promoting, and the only thing I have received is that my receipt is not legal and is not approved, and they do not give me any obvious reason for that rejection

Can you post a picture of what you submitted (but a copy that hides personal information of course!)? Maybe someone here can give some thoughts as to why it may have been rejected.

If I had to guess I'd say it not being in english would be the most likely reason for rejection. This is a US contest and perhaps they were iffy if they should accept entries from outside the US.

for having part of the page in Spanish? that has nothing to do with it, I live in the USA, and I buy in amazon usa page. You can see that

Still showing CC details in plain text on that image. The language and the EUR may have caused an issue, I also don't know if the seller may be an issue. The product looks to be correct and the price though. I'd send a ticket in either via the customer support form or the email (both funnel into the same ticketing system) requesting your receipt to be re-evaluated and requesting specific information on why it was rejected. You may not get even a response out of it, but it doesn't hurt to try. Best case scenario they give you a code, worst case, they don't.

Just sayin, its not in english and the price there is in euros, which is not something I see on my receipt for the exact same item (which did get me my mount). If someone reviewing these saw that it might be enough of a red flag for them to reject it.
