Required rank on all gear

A question though: will the new crafted-only (without NM drop material) be rank restricted or optimal rank?

I had my hopes up for a second there. Fingers crossed, maybe in the future we'll see it happen for real.

Now see, that makes sense. Much more reasonable and sensible approach to the gear.

It means that things will go on as they do now. Loot items will have rank requirement. Crafted gear retains optimal rank status. They'll exist side by side.

Yeah, can we get some confirmation that Optimal Rank will still exist for future crafted gear? I honestly think that's the best solution, Optimal on crafted gear/Required on NM/dungeon gear.
