Sell Fantasia on the Mogstation

Any chance of this coming out in 2.15 this month?

I'm having the same issue. I submitted my ticket on the 22nd of December and got a response on the 24th that it would be investigated. As of the 3rd of this month I had no contact at all regarding my ticket since the 24th. So I put in a response on the 3rd but didn't ever get a reply. I put in a new ticket on the 5th and got a response that it was still being investigated. I have still not been told whether the fantasia would be restored or would not be, let alone actually gotten the item in the mog mail.

Please bring this in 2.15! I can't stand waiting any longer!

Maybe they are waiting for update, and dont want people to waste their 1 time item restore.

They should tell us that, or give us one now to hold us over. This is utterly ridiculous, the amount of waiting we have to do when issues come up. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

2.15 make it happen square, it doesn't even need to be part of a patch.. just make it available on your site and put some restrictions so your servers don't crap out.

yeah I f'd up and used mine just now been holding it for some time now.
The costume for my male (swim trunks and top) did not revert to a female set so that was pointless since I can no longer use that costume and I thought it would let me use it on my female character but it wont. The potion does not have to be in a big patch they could update the mog station at any given time. I am close to quitting anyway due to time in real life and time on x modes, I don't have the time anymore.

(costume was my vet rewards) I don't understand the dev.'s or programmers here, They should make it to were you can swap the item per what sex you are in game since its a one time item lol

Pretty much, I am also 2 weeks out on an item recovery request. Just get ignored, with cookie cutter responses, and promises of the matter being looked into.

I really don't want to complain but you're really making me !
What's so hard to introduce a pure cosmetic item in a P2P game like this xd?

I mean you encourage us to play all classes on 1 character, give us at least the chance to resist the temptation to make an alt just to play another race ...
Another veteran fantasia at 222 days would be nice xd

As I mentioned a few pages back, I've been waiting since December 9th, so it's nearly my 1-month anniversary! I feel for you guys that are at the two-week mark, but unless you have faster GMs investigating your requests, plan on waiting much longer :(

I'm starting to think the same thing that others have brought up; they may just be deliberately stalling at this point due to Fantasia becoming available through other means. (Hopefully soon.) I just wish they'd be up front about it if that is indeed the case and provide an ETA.

Would be nice, but don't think we will see fantasia available for months to buy or more advanced cosmetic changes that can be done i.e. race/gender etc.

Frustratingly, yes. I even, upon the advice of SE phone support, opened a separate request under a different ticket. The only thing that got me was a "yes, we know you really want your fantasia, please be patient as we are investigating on a first come, first serve basis, yadda yadda yadda..." reply. Phone support thought filing another request might go to a different GM or support team. Judging by the response, I think it went straight to the same GM / team. Not surprising. Something tells me that their "first come-first serve" machine is glitchy. I considered writing a reply that basically informs that I have FC friends that have gotten their Fantasia requests granted in under a week's time, "so what's the deal, yo?" *Jesse Pinkman voice*, but I don't want to get on their bad side while I'm waiting for a item restoration request to be granted. Sad thing is, even though I'm probably coming across as the opposite, I'm starting not to care, and getting used to a character appearance that I'm disappointed with.

I regret going from Lalafell to Miqo'te now. I should have went Roegadyn like I thought to do at first. Now I can't get a restore since it was back in November I think. More phials would be lovely to come back to since I'm currently unable to play.

I did the same thing, and had the exact same response from SE. I am immensely frustrated at their slower-than-a-snail pace, and disappointed in their horrible customer service regarding this. I'm just now at the two week mark, and if it seriously takes two weeks or more, on top of this, I could probably just level an alt. And I really don't want to, as I have progressed so far.

I will post here when I receive mine, if you want to do the same to kind of give us an idea.

Well I just received a reply that they would restore the phial and that it would be sent in the Mog Mail. It has been 16 days since I submitted my original ticket. Now to see how long it actually takes to get it.

I put my request in on December 21st.

I've inquired 2-3 times since and got a prompt response with what seems like a general response with my Item filled into the template.

I'm now on the stage where they say should they approve my request, it will be delivered directly to my Mog Box....

But if they are planning on addtl content to purchase via Mog Station, i'd rather save my 1 time item restore.

I wanna submit a ticket but i dont know what i exactly need to say, because i used mine not that long ago and i regret it, i just want it back so i can revert back to Miqo'te.

This is one of the many reasons I have not reactivated my account. If the fantasia was available, I'd probably be playing right now.

It should be a level 50 ALC recipe. That's just me. Would actually make leveling that crafting class worthwhile at least.

At least give us another as a freebie until they get their service up and going. :p

I just got this message as well, yesterday. Or rather, if it were possible to restore it I would receive it in Mog Mail. Curious to see how long this part takes, since its been 15 days for me since original ticket.

They should have given everyone a free Fantasia as an XMAS Present to be honest... until they get this service up and running.

Square, maybe you could consider giving everyone a free Fantasia as an apology for the constant maintenance? I'm just being cheeky now aren't I :P

Well, it is going on 48 hours since I received a message that the phial would be restored; still nothing. It has now been 18 days since I submitted my ticket.

Any updates on this SE? It's been 2 months since this reply and we haven't heard about a way to get another Fantasia.

I am also trying to get a restore for one, I told them if they had them for sale on mog I would buy a few of them. This will cost me my 1 item restore I guess they say, I don't know why they are taking so long to add it to the mog or if they are even going to or talks of it would be nice. They could be making some dough with these but hey who am I to talk about business, It is there choice I guess.

Any update on this yet?
Been a while since i heard SE say a word about the fantasia potions.
