I'm in agreement. I was all about ready to swear off Playstation and Square-Enix as a whole due to the shoddy Customer Services Reps that I spoke to the last two days. Now I think I will support Square Enix and Playstation once again and use my refund towards another game- Kingdom Hearts looks good.

XMB Mail had the message about the refund and a link to the store which had me enter a new code. exited the store without downloading. opened ffxiv arr and i'm now downloading the patch. :) hope you all get yours soon. 12:27 Phoenix Arizona btw

Square-Enix: you guys are pretty awesome. will there be a CE digital upgrade on psn? i'd like to give you some money for this game :P

So in an hour and 23 min the game will be on EA and still no msg East Coast wait till 5 or something ?
