Does this mean you won't be able to ever get in? No, it just means that you'll have to wait in line. Sometimes that line is huge, like the lines for REALLY THRILLING rides, that are constantly advertised. And sometimes the line is small, like the lines for merry-go-rounds. But you'll still have access to them all the same, you're just not guaranteed that just because you pay the seasonal pass you'll be able to ride all the rides you want to, every time.
