I can, I assume, still see antibody up as a buff on my target if virus has been used every time (maybe it's not every time, but I have no reason to doubt) and I currently filter out all but my own debuffs, though I'm considering going back to showing all... It would be nice if SE could allow us to blacklist or whitelist certain things. QoL change for heavensward????? :D

I did a 24 smn ct2 run. It was a lot of fun but annoying when your dots wouldnt apply to the boss because of the sheer number. Stupid limit XD

The dots do apply and do damage. You just can't see them as the interface only supports a certain display cap of debuffs. You can test it so that when you apply all your dots and they don't show up, do a fester and you'll see you get a full potency fester.

There are two limits though.

The first is the DoT display limit that's 30. The second is the actual DoT limit on a mob which was roughly 60 or so and at that point you can't apply DoTs anymore until some fall off. Many times have I seen a Fester do no damage if I couldn't see any of the DoTs to begin with even though I just used all of them.

Yeah, I suppose the cap still exists I just haven't been that unlucky (and that reminds me of those horrible open world Odin farms). Either way it's one more annoyance summoners need to put up with ;(

It's why I hate WoD on SMN.

Noone plays SMN in WoD, so typically its not that bad, with only the occasional dot loss, and never dot drop.

...But I still play BLM anyway so I can afk.

No new egis. Rather than making any changes to them or adding more, they thought it would be more interesting to focus on the player rather than the pet. So much for being a pet class.

At least we might get carbuncle reskin? Yay?

Please tell me I heard that wrong...and they didn't just say no new pets.
