I don't even do trust runs cause even if you go as a tank you still have to deal with that cancer, I'd rather wait for hours in que as a dps than to deal with that cancer.

Completely out of place too btw. A bunch of people just got murdered, there's a war on our hands, the main engineer is sending off his wife with us, unsure she'll come back. We're building a suicide bomber train to storm a hostile base. We might not survive the train ride there, we might not survive the explosion part, we might not get into the base or get past the bubble, etc. Our failure might lead to this whole nation getting destroyed, and later to more of the world getting destroyed.

As an addon, the expansion is so bad that the admins over at r/FFXIV are playing damage control to go after anyone who criticizes the game, no less Wuk or the voice actor behind them. The circlejerk is insane. I am pleasantly surprised that these forums are far more sane.

i have the same feel too, i get that the message is "we band together we strong" but do we really need a montage complete with singing (albeit short) and even scene of happy marry working together? we are building a freakin suicide train here.... what?

the scene would make a bit more sense if the whole thing is cleaning tulliyolal after the attack or something (although it still weird because people die from that) but... i just dont get it, what is the writer smoking lol
