Bad lag again with NTT's NA server network

I was experiencing the lag issues on AT&T Fiber in North Houston to a point where Frontlines had everyone standing still, then jumping to the current status.

I downloaded and installed (already have a paid subscription) NordVPN, then chose to connect to the LA node. I also used WTFast in conjunction with it and noticed further improvement. Because it's working and Frontlines was without noticeable lag, I haven't pinpointed which action addressed the issue, though it may be both in a sense.

I simply wanted to share my current situation with the hopes of it helping. I didn't read all responses in the thread, though, so I apologize if this was already said.

I followed their directions for doing the traceroute thing and filled their form out. Game is still unplayable CONSTANTLY. Neverwinter on a Pentium 4 on dialup would be more fun right now. U.U This ruined my week of playtime with my dearest.

Hello, I not only notice this latency on Etheirys (FF14) but as well in Vana'diel (FF11).
I have submitted my form and shared my data to them.
However FF11 servers are in Japan and not N/A do I need to submit another form for that?

Aether possibly too. I had just finally managed to do an instance with no lag and DC'd when trying to leave.

Primal been dead since DC transfer was introduced.

It's just the irony of having the network issues and then poof! NA just ups and dies.

Right at the time the lag issues normally clear up, too.
