New Emotes you would like to see?

Give us everything wow removed last year. I want /stink /moan /burp /fart etc etc just rub it in a little bit.

The palm punch we constantly do in cutscenes. I'm actually surprised that we don't already have it.

/facepalm is an emote. It was added back in HW and it's a default emote. :D

Definitely slow sheath and slow draw weapon.
Maybe practising movements with a weapon? Thought it would be hard to make something for books other than the read emote which is already there.
Possibly more food eating stuffs.
Revival of lost skills like dark side as emotes would be nice.

kupo I would like to /sleep where you would have Zzz.. maybe coming off your head and potentially a giant snot bubble jk kupo :p

Would be nice if we were drowning in even more dance emotes, like they are over in PSO2: New Genesis. They can keep their rampant microtransaction scratch tickets though..

I want a lean against wall but with a dagger sharpening animation.

I want a Jack Sparrow /shoo style emote.

To add to this, I would love idle animations that have something to do with the class.

Melee classes can take their weapons out from time to time and inspect/polish them and maybe give them a little swing back and forth almost like testing the weight than putting it back.

Black Mages could create a fireball and juggle it around playing with it before extinguishing it in their hands.

Summoner's could summon a second Carbuncle of one of the colors that you're not currently using. They could chase each other around you and maybe climb up onto you before the new one vanishes and your normal one jumps off.

Every job could have its own flare. Something distinctly unique to that job's fantasy.

This emote could happen every 2 - 5 minutes. (Or give us a slider in the settings like the other idle animations)

With all of the /eat** emotes being added, the only proper one that has to be added next is /eatpopcorn. If we want to be terrible, /eatmeol. For reasons.

dont know if this is appropriate for this thread but I want them to add in unique racial weapon animations. Games like WoW have them and even their previous MMO, FFXI had different animations for races holding weapons (I think...its been a while).

Here's my list. I don't know if they've been talked about, but that's 90 pages I'm not going through.

Okay:

1) Fingerguns. I tell too many bad jokes through Praetorum cutscenes to not have fingerguns. And no. The machinist one does not count.
2) WTF. simple confused face, slumped shoulders, upturned palm. We do it enough when an idiot runs a red light or cuts in front of us.
3) Challenge. Well, what is it? in final Fantasy form. You wanna arc up? Someone wanna throw hands? You want an emote to tell someone to come at you bro.

I’d really like to be able to do that fist pump/elbow pump emote (depending if you’re male or female) that NPCs have been doing since 6.0. Especially the one used by females; when my female WoL used it in a cutscene I thought it looked so endearing that I’ve hoped that it would be available to use in the near future.

Eat/Slurp from Cup/Bowl of Noodles with chop sticks. :)

I don't know if it's been mentioned before, but I think a really important emote would be "scratching back of the head with a yellow smile wile there is a sweat droplet animation on the side of the head"

I would use this emote a lot, it's a really common reaction for me and there's nothing in the game right now to express that.

I would like an "Ohohohoh!" /oho emote - female BLM /vpose has a little of this, but it would be more obvious and bigger.

Ideally we would have it voiced, but I can't see them doing in all versions... So maybe to complement the animation they could have "Ohohoh!" as a stylized speech balloon popup above the character.

Alternatively they could use kefka laughter for it, lol.

I'd like a persistent emote where our character holds a lit torch. It'd be pretty great for adventurer roleplay.

Probably has been said before, but emotes that are cooperative emotes. Like, hugging where both people embrace one another in a unified animation, or carrying/giving a piggy back ride to another player. Start with those two, and then implement more when they see how well received they are by like 70% of players.

I'd like to see the eat pizza emote i wasted 28 dollars on a 6 inch sandwich for.

The famous emote that Pagaga does in Bozja/Zadnor!!

Come to think of it, there are SO MANY ingame emotes, like the "standard Far Eastern idle pose" that I keep thinking that they just decide to release them in drops for the sake of keeping the hype.

Some are probably exclusive to a certain race and it would need more work to adapt, like the Lalafell juggler... But the first example, and many others are used by NPCs of every race, so there's that.

It's a nice idea especially during night time, come to think of it it'd be cool with just more stuff in general that interact with the environment like umbrellas do when it rains.

I asked someone last week when doing Unreal was if the emote we do when we play it is obtainable. No one had any idea, but its so cute when my lala does the emote!! I need it

Seeing Tataru and Graha with glazed eyes is so wholesome.

The ability for people to offer PIGGYBACKS would be amazing!

We /HAD/ something similar when the game first initially started years ago. I *believe* it was removed due to people being people.. :/ [being naughty!]
