I’ve still yet to see a gender dimorphism gear set that looks better on male characters

I am ok with gender locking gear what is on the store should be for both whatever it is. But in game I still think male and female should have different gear. I also count event gear as store gear here.

Why should I be forced to wear gender conforming clothing?

It's 2025. Gendered gear makes no effing sense.

Just let people wear what they want to wear.

I like having male and female versions of an outfit, but both should be wearable by either gender. Like how they made the one Valentiones set “dashing” versus “frilled” or the Rathalos gear that was M or F but you could wear either. (Hope that happens again if we get a new Monster Hunter crossover!)

A few that come to mind:

Constellation set for AST is much nicer on the male version, while the female dress is oddly balanced and lacks a lot of the detailed embroidery from the male tunic.

Edenmorn mage set makes more sense on the male version with sleeves on the undershirt, and the colour balance is better as a result.

Valentione Rose set – the waistcoat is great; the dress is stiff and awkward.

I think there is a good spot for SE to monetize here and get more money out of us, so we can support them more towards their 10 year old golden plan.
Its a minor sacrifice for all of us to support our beloved company in their next steps, where they offer the base option, but the other gender option for a fee of 1-2 extra dollars through cash shop.

This way everyone is happy and we can support them all the way, and not be too greedy with our wishes so they wont hate us and Yoshi P will smile, like us
