Also if you zoom in on that area theres a bit next to the white mage's head that could be the continuation of the spear.

I could be very possible that they have implemended an upwards blade into his foot armor design. What kind of fabulous pose is that supposed to be though? :P

He's actually casting 'Jump', the signature Dragon Knight ability. Looks like they wont be giving us a spammable jump afterall.

I actually figure the lance is more of a Guisarme.
