It's most akin to a scaled-back version of /surprised, I'd say, but it's definitely not available to players. Which is unfortunate, because I think it's adorable and really want it, too, haha. Would be a good middle ground between "neutral" and the jumping backwards in shock that the current /surprised is, I think.

I really want the confused/skeptical head tilt we do in conversations, too, tbh. I'd use that all the time.
