shop is up but french people are screwed because, tadaaah no collector to buy!!!!! it doesnt even SHOW on the shop! :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

All this site crashing especially after a full day off maint? Can you guys as a company upgrade your site atleast don't use a 1999 store site structure that can't handle 200 people. While your at it just like the game you guys need to put a banner Pop up to remind us not to neglect real life responsibilities camping a silly website for a pre-order for over 140 hours.
It's absolute sicking that no composition like a bluebird earring or whatever would be handed to us as an apology for wasting several of our real life days on this crap

another email, check your trash. You cannot use it until they send you another email say when you can redeem it so you have to save it for 2+ months

I'm concerned as I ordered 2 copies because I have 2 FFXIV accounts but only received 1 code in my email. Surely I should have received 2 codes for ordering 2 copies.
Twitter replied and couldn't answer my question so I have sent off an email to support and maybe someone on here can clear this up too.

Clicked 'pay now' and nothing happened, what should I do?

They learned they can still gouge the price, have awful servers and people will still throw money at them. Please look forward to the pre-order code page crashing and eating your key whenever that opens and stays up for 5 minutes.

That aside: SE, once again, when are you going to let Australia buy the physical editions? We can't go through your website, and one of our biggest game retailers has fingered SE as the reason they can't do pre-orders yet as "They've yet to let us know the versions and numbers we can sell" (direct quote from the person I spoke to). From what little I know, it's standard practice that retailers get around 30% of the price of the game, so yeah, there is a big margin to make discounts. As to why doesn't SE themselves sell the game cheaper too, the most likely reason is that if they did that retailers would refuse to stock the game.

Whatever the reason, SE can shove it where the sun doesn't shine. This CE edition rip off for UK has me so angry.

Strange I payed with paypal, because my credit card is an idiot, so I do it with that. And it went without problem. I placed the order. I think you have to add your address manually again in SE store (I added it before i went to pay)

I've contacted paypal support and they say that my problem is that SE did not took that 1 euro from my credit card, yet, apparently >_>
