funny how they can't add more houses because "server load". Yet games like ESO, Lineage 2 and some other MMO's have made housing so easy why can't these guys get it right. Yet we can do DC traveling soon which I am sure that puts a strain on servers

The internet never forgets either, and clearly they left a poor impression in the past. Based on that alone, I know all I need to know and I won't be engaging with them further. If I had been made aware of this before I could have saved myself a headache. lol

I seek nothing. I'm answering your question and giving examples as to why, even if given a identical space to decorate with the same functionality as a small house, an apartment lacks things that people want and will never be possible to duplicate in an instanced format.

I don't know why you're acting like I'm advocating for or against anything.

You keep saying no brainer, no brainer, but if you brainer-ed for a bit you'd see it's not. There are things that one does that the other cannot, EVER. And unless you can show me how to change peoples actual values (believe me I've tried), there's going to be an audience for that part of it.

What is house demolition?

I'm just curious because i assumed people lose their houses and they go back on the market if people do not log in and enter their house for a set period of time.
