I always cringe when people extoll the greatness of Hien. I mean seriously, Yotsuyu entire life of torture & pain was lived under his father's rule. When he got the chance, Hein absolved the very owner of the brothel Yotsuyu was sold to... Does this mean he also kept the Pleasure houses open?

I hate Ystola, and I hate all the scions, I would like to be an adventurer instead of having these people following me, what I love about XI is that you meet new people all the time in your adventures, your not with the same people every expansion
also yeah, Shantotto is the poster child for XI but you don't see her everywhere in your face like Ystola is. -

Zenos is the worst, least interesting character this game has ever produced. during Stormblood, He is a walking, talking suit of plot armor with no interesting qualities about him other than a stereotypically pretty male anime face.
after Stormblood, he is only slightly more interesting without his plot armor, but every scene he is in is hard carried by another character. Elidibus, Gauis/Estenien, Fandaniel, Alisaie.
by the end of Endwalker when he shows up again, I was just exasperated. like "this guy again?" the way all of you feel about having to see Wuk Lamat again, is how I felt about seeing Zenos again.
the last fight with him wasn't exciting or fun for me, it was "god, let's just get this over with". -
