I am sure he/she does a fine job. I am sure they do their job rotation as do I and if I don't play a class as much then I will go and learn. Everyone has a play style some want to go fast, others like to take their time. Just the thing that shows is how most people try to dictate to others how they play a certain piece of content. At the end of the day its a small piece of content. Besides this I go do map parties, mount farms etc I am not painstakingly grinding Bozja all day I run a few runs then go do other stuff.

The effort part that you want to cover as *life and death* can be translated into simple respect for those who you got into a party and their time. Not everyone can spend hours to play because of their own reasons. And from here I can reverse your point of gathering 23 people back at you by saying just go get 23 people and run it as slow as you want.
You say you don't have time to farm essences yet you have time to run DR for hours. Doesn't add up here.
You owe nothing to anyone but respect of their time if you run with randoms. If you just want to stay lazy and just sit on everyone else's back, please stay away from group content, it is disrespectful.

it's not disrepectful at all. I allot myself enough time to run this and that if I go do something outside of that then it takes more time. I don't mind if I have to stay focus I have a lot of patience that is what I am saying. So if your saying that those people that don't have time and need to rush it. Then shouldn't they manage their time to do so like find a group of like minded individuals? Welcome to the human world where everyone has different agendas and playstyles. I mean I just got my weapon yesterday with no muss or fuss why can't people be like that then....this.

Sure time is important in an MMO, but when you play like that all the time it stops being a fun pass time and becomes a job. I grinded my butt off in BDO to keep up with my hardcore PvP guild, then the buggers changed pvp but that is neither here nor there..

I doubt you have read every one of my posts so I will say this. I am not vehemently against someone doing more at all. I use essences if I have them to spare but I am not gonna go out of my way to get them, simple as that. And I am not going to grovel and apologise to someone who feels slighted I have not done so. I have not asked anyone to use essences to speed up my runs.

As for job advice, when I wanted to get better and get that glorious orange dps I went to the balance, read up all the guides etc. When I want to 'try hard' I can. I would love to do more savage but I simply cannot commit to any schedule for such because as said in a previous post, I have work, studies, a high energy dog and an elder to care for. You don't need to tell me that time can be hard to come by. Hence I am not gonna sit in the zone shouting for a cluster farm that usually nobody responds to, I will not spend the gil I am trying to save either. It's not fun for me. I play to have fun. I'm not afking, I'm not doing douchey pulls to cause wipes. I am simply playing to enjoy myself. Not rushing to meet another persons timetable.

So many people in this thread are crying about carrying people like myself, I could clear without them using the essences. I did not ask them to spend their gil or go and farm. If you chose to do something for your own benefit don't cry at me for not doing the same. First and foremost you are using those essences to help yourself, you want the faster run. The fact it is speeding it up for others too is secondary. I am being preached too as if I am so awful for not caring for others time.. as if they are not doing such things for their own benefit, not mine.

People have different lives and reasons as why they have limited time on things. If you never think of this, you're kinda selfish.

You don't have to farm Bozja to get clusters though, you can just... Spend some of the gil you got from maps to buy clusters. Do roulettes. Sell ex fight mats. Craft if you got that leveled. The game throws gil at your face and especially if you had the time to reach rank 10 in Bozja and run DR I'd be surprised if you never got something worth a million or two from the boxes.

That's your only response? Sorry to say, the world does not work like that. What a clown I would be to work my ass off and always expect someone else to make a similar effort. There are one's who can work work work and get nowhere, they are the worker bees a company will work to death without thanks, but the lazy one who was clever about it gets ahead.

I never asked if anyone cares about me, I do not expect them too. There is the difference between us. I am not going to demand a group of people do something they find boring and unenjoyable just to save me ten minutes. I have the realistic view that people play this to have fun, so long as they are not totally afk and griefing it's no business of mine how they play and I cannot expect them to play how I would like.

If I go into a party finder that is doing speed runs, then I will do what is required to make said speed run efficient. Otherwise? I'll do as I please, thanks. "People like you" smh you know it's not a good response if a sentence ever starts like that lmao

Maybe they want to buy their first house? Why should they spend their gil for your benefit when they are fine at the pace they are going? How's about you send them the gil since you want to tell them where to spend their money?
