And now you've brought the argument full circle. Just as I mentioned that you can't expect people who agree with SE to sit by while they insult and threat, you're saying that you can't expect supporters to sit by when others say "too bad so sad" (or the equivalent). So it's just a vicious circle.

But I would argue that the worst of the vitriol is coming from supporters. Yes, there are bad apples on both sides, but there's a disproportionate amount of insults and threats, I would say. That's not to say I condone it, but I don't think the amount of vitriol is even on both sides.

The initial reaction was extreme, I'll admit, but as more information came out things have calmed down considerably.
I'm putting more blame on the pro-genderlock (I'm just gonna use that word cause screw semantics) side because they haven't. They are often still as openly aggressive and offensive towards people merely discussing/adding their support/sharing fanart as day one.

Again, both sides aren't perfect, but perhaps its now time for the pro-genderlock side to mellow out as well and accept that that the pro-mViera/fHrothgar side has just as much a right to ask as they have a right to disagree.

Yes thank you for admitting it. And to simply say you come into this thread trying to assign blame to the other side and accuse them of being more aggressive and don't like responses that don't agree with you. Got it. It was pretty obvious where you were coming from so thank you for clarifying which side you are on. It's attitudes like yours that do more to push people to be aggressive against the other gender additions than anything else.

Maybe you should practice what you preach and stop trying to assign blame.

Yea, the worst of it is always coming from the supporters of the genderlock from what I can see. And mostly from fem miqote and fem au ra (not you though, you're one of the good ones) at that. :v

Ok, firstly, thank you for only quoting the part of my post that fits your argument and ignoring the part that explains why I think that way. If anything, you're proving my point.
Secondly, you do realize you're literally doing the same in reverse, right?
Again, both sides have bad apples; yes, I freely admit I'm biased, but guess what? Most people are, and apparently that includes you. Clearly we are standing on opposite sides of the argument and are thus more likely to see the fault on the other ones side.

Just to address the edit: I was never trying to assign blame, I was merely sharing my own observations and conclusions and explaining why I see things that way - multiple times. If your observations and conclusions are different from mine, then thats fine by me.

I'm not opposed to adding the additional genders so how exactly are we on opposite sides of the argument? I am opposed to people like you who try to assign blame to people who don't agree with you or who have different opinions that don't quite suit your agenda however.

I see you had a few edits so really you weren't done when you said you were done.. and yes we now know who you blame for the climate. You're made that abundantly clear. Your opinion however is your own and I think you're more than clearly shown your bias and unwillingness to accept others points of view.

You both are arguing about people that are not worth arguing about.

There are people that appear in the threads not only showing their support for genderlocks, but also try to undermine their saltiness by saying "I hope you guys dont get it" or "please shut up, lore said so"
And there is people who are hopefully expecting male Viera to be implemented (even before female Hrothgar during a 5.x patch cycle)

I mean, come on. Those people you try to fight or defend are not even worth it. They cant even consider being civil or be rational at all. Im actually shaking my head as much when I read any comment that is just not ... logical.

The thread activity already slowed down, and it will still pop up time to time like the old "Viera as a race, show your support" thread.
