This is what she said, she then outlined what the 'basic things' were. You going off on a tangent about story content and stuff doesn't really matter, because you were the one who commented on what she said, not vice versa. The speed at which you hit the enemies is slower than mashing your main attack button on the current system, but for all you people comparing this to FFXI, look at the rate you gain TP simply by swinging twice.

Also the TP had regain, not sure if you guys caught that or not. Though i think that's for their testing purposes

Well there is an ability that regains TP, but aside that yeah testing most likely.

This video just made it more obvious to me that AA was a waste of time. The best thing was the new WS. If AA really took this much time to plan and execute, id rather them have spent it making more of the WS cool and unique, and adding actual content. AA doesnt seem to improve battle, pace, or anything really from that video.

Doesn't have regain. the Auto-attack was going off during buff animations and during weapon skill animations is looks like. FFXI had the same thing going on, but this looks to be constant no matter what you're performing. I imagine that will be changed when it's released.

the focus of this letter is AA, and its underwelming, im not the only one saying, even people who want AA were less than impressed by its implementation, and would rather see some actual new content. Stop random hate and speak to the issues, or do the smart thing and say nothing when you have nothing to say.

anyone who thought auto attack was gonna look amazing and revolutionary was insane to begin with

its an automatic BASIC attack after all....

Going to disagree. Simply because with the previous system you couldn't communicate during combat which made strategy, adventuring, etc, not as complex/fun, imo. This needed to happen.
