Recycled arguments deserve recycled refutations.

But feel free to ignore the evidence, the logs, posted by healer mains showing that they spend 60%+ of their time casting Glare/Broil/Malefic/Dosis in Savage, and consequently, that healers spend even more time wearing out the 1 key on their keyboards in everything below Savage. And go ahead and ignore the videos of P1S and P2S being cleared without any healers at all. And dismiss the facts that healers used to be more complex, and have less downtime, in ARR and HW, and have been considerably and continually simplified and dumbed down every expansion since.

After all, that might get in the way of the fun of knocking down ignorant strawman versions of healer arguments.

I'm very happy, recommend you avoid the forums unless you're after entertainment though.

Some people take this game far too seriously and treat it as more of an obsession than a game.

Peoples (me included) will be more inclined to go out of there way and come to the forum if it is to vent.

Because i don't know for you but i feel better after complaining and on the opposite i feel kind of drained when i try to share good vibes with others, that's how i'am sadly and i will assume that's how a lot of peoples are too seeing how negative the forum can be.

I'm very happy. Now that I'm caught up on the story, I do enough dailies for my 450 tomes and weekly runs of the 24 man raid at this point.

I love my character and I love the updated Summoner (I know many hated this but I love it).

This leaves me plenty of time to enjoy other games and hobbies in between major content drops.

I tend to limit my time on the forums as people are more motivated to come here when they are unhappy and very invested in the game. Most of the content here are things I care little about as a casual player.

It's true, god forbid if you speak against said game, lol. At this point it's just another Everquest, WoW, Tera, ect. Don't take any of it too seriously and enjoy the ride until the playerbase ruins it and then move on. I hope it's sooner than later though, I have a backlog of games to play!

A good skill in life that most people have usually learned by the time they're in their teens is that when a large contingency of people have concerns towards anything, you should be respectful and at least try to make something of an attempt to understand and grasp their concerns instead of just bullheadedly coming up with your own assertions of what you think they want. You should apply for a job at CBUIII, probably working for the job design team - this level of arrogant and dismissive disrespect towards healers is exactly the type of person they're looking for and is in line with their continual neglect and treatment of healer players. Welcome aboard!

As a healer main myself I saw no arrogance or disrespect in that post you quoted. You chose to see it that way. Plain n simple. You're the one being condescending tbf.

(Also there are folks out there that just want green dps sticks, may not be alot but they do exist). Also consider that they never said ALL healers want as such. No need to be fired up about a small post like that
