I'm fairly sure Bayohne's Cross-World is the same thing as Cross-Server. WoW uses the same system for their instances.

Thats great news, I see both the pros an cons or the cross world instant party creation so don't mind which way that turns out.
Con's - Unaccountability for actions, ninja looting etc.
Pro's - Massive population and cultural diversity.
Massive thumbs up though.
Edit:- I think it would be best adding this to the 3rd players poll to see what the majority of people think and not just the "noisy" few who post here
I will sign this 100 times if it means we dont get a cross-server system. Hell, I would actually pay the monthly subscrition NOW if it meant no cross-server system
Signed x100
Thankies for clarifying I thought this might be the case. Either that, or as previously stated, invitation without the need to be next to one another. I knew the servers were split in such a way; though depending on the architecture of XIV's servers I think a lot of testing is required regarding bridging them for parties/instances. Also; if that's the case, then essentially would there be little to no need for servers in general, due to all parties spanning them all?.
Why would you not want cross world party system? Are you daft? I would pay right now to have dungeon and cross world party system.
Part of me wants to see cross world/server content to see if SE actually could pull it off, I would have much more faith in them as a developer if they could.
Agree with this.Quote:

I need more information on "Cross-World Parties" before I can render an opinion.
As for "LFG Icon", and creating parties with players in different zones ... I am for both.
