4 days after my ticket all i see is that they close all tickets. I known that ppl is sending stupid tickets and they need to handle it somehow but...meh. I still have 10 days free in my account, i'll wait till then, if i dont get a solution the best one will be to sell the key on ebay or a friend and buy the upgrade. And its thats the case i'll never buy anything from S-E store again, thats for sure.

Yes they had information informing people of 1.0 account status when buying CE, yet the information wasn't posted in the best places. I had to hunt it down on the forums, it should be on the purchase page, on their facebook page, on their twitter and pinned to the front of the forums.Quote:
