You do realize servers aren't just bought and updated immediately right? Especially since the company is in Japan and has to rely that the US/EU data server locations aren't full of tech supports....that aren't.. Japanese.. Oh God we're screwed..
Can 90 million dollars make things appear right in front of you at this moment. I think not. If you would be patient and read what they are telling you, they have more servers on the way and they plan on upgrading the hardware in the old servers as well as the programming to help increase the capacity of the existing servers and the new ones. Patience is tough but if you have a little then you will not be getting so angry over stuff and realize that problems take time to fix.

the fact is, we spent our hard earned money on something that we aren't being giving access to. problems happen. but the fact that nothing is happening is a problem in itself. yes they are making new servers as we speak, but all they would have to do to fix some issues in the short time frame would be to just give the servers a restart on the 12:00 every day until the servers are up. easy and done

I'll break down what they have to do for you;
They didn't expect this amount of support at the launch of the game, which is understandable since the last launch was horrible and they lost a lot of players. So yes they are at fault for not preparing however it takes around 6 to 7 days to setup new servers.
-Buying the servers (should only take an hour or two)
-Server Delivery (2 to 4 days Monday to Friday non holidays)
-Getting rack space (depending on circumstances it should take anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours.)
-Setting up said servers (2 to 5 hours depending on amount)
-Cable management (1 to 3 hours) [This is actually one of the most important steps if you've ever seen a large scale server room]
-Confirming everything has been setup properly (3 hours)
-Unforeseen circumstances (1 day)
This equals to 6 days.
Now understand that we're all getting a 7 day trial extension or more if there's more downtime for us.
We really don't have much to complain about, they're admitting they made mistakes and they are trying to fix them, which is more than you can say for some companies.

I would rather change this game to "Late Access" instead of Early Access...I mean, its even past launch and we cant log in!
