MogStation - Not all characters showing up (yet)? /worry

Nothing showing up for me either.

I'm seriously stressing because I made my 1.0 character on a NA server. I download the client tonight, update, start the game and recover my character and he's in a Legacy JP server. Why? Why is he on a JP server? I clicked to restore him, and it somehow skipped all the prompts to pick a world and just chose Aegis for me, and now I'm stuck there until support gets back to me (whenever that'll be).

Anyone received their CE product codes yet? I've purchased the boxed CE but I haven't receive any codes to activate my account and to claim CE items.

I've also yet to receive the physical box set.

No characters here in the account... :(

I think your CE Product Codes come with the physical box.

Hmm, the day you created your character there didn't exist any NA servers.
Your last character history entry on the old Lodestone was january 2011. There was a server merge in spring 2012. If you didn't use the free transfer service for 1.0 characters some months ago, then you are on the server your old server merged to.

Melmond and Figaro merged together and created Aegis

You need to wait until september now, where the official server transfer service start.

Experiencing the same, also it shows Standard Edition instead of Collectors Edition.. but I am assuming that is because I haven't received my 20 digit code yet..?

Same boat. Mine says I have no characters at all

Moogle-Station only show characters on the JP datacenters currently.

I only have one character on a NA server and it doesnt show up either. In fact even the official site isnt showing it anymore when it used to. The account is still playable but they just dont pull it up. Very odd. I hope they fix it fast because id like to redeem my CE rewards but it wont accept the code yet!

yeah me either.. its just showing legacy and windows version. Its shows the items from early ps3 order but not the ps3 game

Only JP character showing on Titan for me, no sign of my main on Moogle. I'm on PS3.

My hard copy hasn't arrived yet, hopefully this will be sorted by the time it arrives.

I have the same problem. I'm not registering my CE code until they fix it because I've heard if you do it as is they will only send the items to your JP characters.

SE showing us once again who really matters to them.

On the PS3 version, Bought the ps3 version from there playstation network. The other day so i had no codes to put in, some how it created two accounts for me , So now i think I am screwed, Going to maybe have to restart, had jobs lv20 and a lot done, and a bad feeling there going to try make me create a new character and try get back into a na/eu server. Throwing my hands in the air now, Thinking if unable to fixed it in 4 days. My ffXI account that been paying for many many years also had planned on playing and paying for both. I will just can ffxi subscription now. Waiting for email. I'll give them 3 days fixed it.

I have my codes too but only JP characters show up same as others. I should have a lvl 18 glad on Exodus...

Every character on your account get it. Not specific character.

Same thing happens to me, shows 0 characters. I would not worry about it though, probably it just means it's not fully ready yet.

Guessing registering it to the right account is the important bit. The characters shown shouldn't be too much of an issue as far as the sub goes. It'd be nice to have something official for peace of mind though.

I was worried about this as well. I had 2 JP characters showing but none of my NA. I went ahead and put my CE code in and low and behold i got my CE items mailed to my NA Character on Balmung. I wouldnt worry and just do it but make sure your on the right SE Service Account when u go to "add service"

Took about 4 hours for my NA character to show up in the mogstation, but it's there.

I found my 20 char product key (Digital Rights) in an email in my spam box, even though previous emails didn't get filtered. I was then able to subscribe, which is an adventure in itself (register [platform]-->enter key). Did all this while only JP chars were showing but the sub rewards seem to have added themselves to the CE ones. Won't know till i get home from work in a few hours if i get the toys but hey, its only money right?

So is everyone saying that the NA characters are there and that the site isn't fully updated yet so they don't show up? because I am also having the same problem on PS3. I got my CE account all set up but I was also in P4 so I assumed that the characters from there would be transferred to the official release. Also we don't need to re-download the client if you had it since P4? because after registering my code on PSN it prompted me to download the client again. I still have the P4 client and it seems to work. I will find out after my client is done updating in about 20 mins.

Odd, I had my NA character show up on the MogStation for a short while yesterday, but it's AWOL today. :/

I can confirm that my characters were all there and that they were NOT deleted. I simply logged into the the client and played normally so yeah your characters are there and should be in the same place that you left them prior to the P4 or EA.

My NA characters were there last night but gone today. I suspect it's just an update problem.

Anyone got another code along with the 20 digit one? I have a 18 code under that one and have no idea where I put that one or what it does. :(

EDIT: By sub rewards, do you mean the Veteran Rewards?

only shows my JP character I made during errors too
