i could not play FFXI again, making money was always near impossible that the biggest flaw in that game. only thing keeping me from going back. i started a new character a few months ago and it was fast xp but when the reality of needed money hit me i said damn.

finding another game i can call home is also impossible lol. majority of the market is all the same or its pay to win.

This thread gives me hope. I have a 70 Dragoon on Phoenix named Justicehighwind that I started from scratch in June. I'm at the point where I need help getting the DRG Testimony to continue, though. Can't do that solo at my level (I tried).

I should be and to help you with that once I sort through all my stuff and re-do my macros. Look for me in game tonight. I usually am on late do to my schedule.

I'm probably going to level my Galka mule. He has a lot in his inventory right now so I'll have to transfer some stuff.

Hey guys, I want to play FFXI while I wait for ARR, but I'm still not sure...
Is it possible to solo all the storyline quests?
I'm pretty sure I'll end up alone most of the time like I did on FFXIV

I have access to a vent server and there is a steam community so even when we're not in game you can hop on one of those to see what's going on. Check the OP for contacts in game. Hope to see you on.

how much does it cost to transfer servers nowadays? I had a 75 monk on cerberus I wouldnt mind getting on again. it down to either getting back on xi or getting on rift for me

edit: oooo the steam version has everything in one bundle and you get a kick @$$ item for buying it and 30 days game time. now i may just start a new character haha

If they made a FFXI server where the content was all pre-Abby and everyone had to start from lv1, then yes. Otherwise hell no. Then again lets start at lv50 in all jobs....wait make that 60. No even better Louisoix please teleport me 10 years in the past.
