Everyone is not required to talk and they'd probably prefer most people to be quiet so the person doing callouts can be heard. I do agree the state of Hroth and Viera is unacceptable and in a perfect world it would be repaired yesterday, but we don't live in that perfect world.

So if we are especially generous and say the 31-32% of them that cleared the final ShB normal/alliance raid play at an endgame level enough to do a normal or alliance raid at least sometimes, the very same tier is when DRS released.
27.9% of them will have cleared DRS by now if we used that as a baseline.
So it depends which players you decide "count". It's not really fair to count people that stopped playing, trials, people that aren't through the MSQ or who only ever do MSQ and nothing else, for example, since it's not possible for them to even have it. They aren't even putting their hat in the ring for a chance at it. -

I see talk of the races who can't wear hats. I play a miqo amd for what its worth, I never use helmets or most head gear. I like the baseball caps or the far eastern ribbon but I hate covering my characters face. I hide helms in any RPGs that have the option. I know it sucks certain races can't wear certain stuff though. I always like seeing players faces, looks more personalized imo.
