Don't buy it and just do what you're doing, telling them this is unacceptable & if the masses keep voting with their wallets by not buying this stuff & giving constructive feedback, eventually we could see positive changes in the mog station. Maybe. Probably
Just as long as folks aren't buying it just to complain about it.
Like the people who hate J.K. Rowling; legit people bought the deluxe editions to harry potter & the hogwarts game which was upwards of 200$ & filmed themselves destroying it- J.K. cried all the way to the bank lol
Remember everyone, there is dream fitting in which you go to the Inn and try on mog station outfits
Ribbons have too difficult to make.
Honestly this is the most boring outfit we have had in a long time. The most I can see is people repurposing the skirt with tights. Though it is whatever that they are adding to the Sharlayan education theme.
I thought they barely released an outfit a short while ago? This game is starting to look more and more like a F2P, constantly churning out mediocre cash shop "deals" to milk a small target audience that almost always buys them.
Unpopular opinion maybe, but FF14's cash shop has become a joke.
we're getting into the "shadowlands" equivalent of game stage. Maintenance mode patches with unfinished content that did not went through QA at all.
And lies about "we're totally not focusing elsewhere, just buy the pig".
I'm staying hopeful but not giving it big chances. best way to predict future behavior is to observer past behavior.
just for information: the Peacock attire costs the same money, has 5 pieces, viera-compatible hat, and unique look.
gaia attire legs - this transparency issue was apparently also in shadowbringers 2b clothes (from what I've read) and it's not like it happened first time. they know how to deal with such transparency on clothing, but decided not to, and the QA also decided not to.
The female set should only be 14 dollars and not 18 dollars. Sure, not buying it for 18 dollars.
I think you're meaning the Stormblood (Seventh Heaven) set, but in any case that's an example of what I'm talking about. They're not skin-tight stockings, but boots built to resemble stockings, and the upper cuff is a bulkier structure so that pants can tuck into them.
Likewise, if you tried to make school shoes with knee-high socks attached, the socks would need to be structured like boots, with a bulky band at the top, and they would automatically go over rather than under pants if you wore them together.
The game is extremely predictable regarding how gear pieces behave around each other. It's based on simple rules for handling short/medium/long gloves and boots, not treating the individual items realistically.
I refuse to buy this set. Its not made particularly well and overpriced. I wish they would put more effort into the sets. Sadly the hardcore fans snatch these sets up without thought then praise it so they think thats its a good business practice to keep making these. I would love some fantasy type gear for the next sets but all we get is modern and npc outfits that dont dye, dont come with the hair sometimes and are one piece anyways so useless to glamour with.
People will sadly still buy it, so SE will keep selling it.
to be fair thou the tonberry outfit we just got is pretty fire. Not justifying the mogshop im sure thats two diff departments, ive said they have been lazy in the past, specially with the one pc outfits.
but i agree they are testing to see the minimum they have to do.
Hah i just realized even the tonberry outfit is multi pc =p
Tonberry outfit is the best mascot costume we've ever gotten. Always gonna have it in my glamours from here on out.
The new Educand's outfits are both ugly so I won't buy them. I would buy this dress though.

Oke, I get glams and stuff, but why on earth would you do THAT to yourself. Nuh uh...*shudders*
Honestly the fact things are different based on gender is so 19th century
I actually didn't notice the lack of a hat lol. I just bought it because I wanted tights ;_;
the actual sailor top is so baggy and dyes like shit tbh. feels like there's always something, can't just have an all around nice glam without a catch involved
Mog Station was never about integrity or value for money. As long as people continue purchasing sets like this, SE will continue cutting corners.
is it just me or does the educand skirt just turn your legs into a black texture, lol. i don't think they're actually leggings.
edit: ah, apparently it's a dyeable texture. still though, kinda weird how it sorta turns into a light absorbing void past the thighs regardless of the light sources.
It must not be a very popular set. I still haven't seen anyone wearing the male or female set yet as a glamour.
I'm more bothered with these items are still single character and not account-wide.
But you do get what you pay for. As long you people going to play limited races that yoshi added as a joke and in no way think more that 10 people will play ,you will get shafted.
Start demanding in an agresive way in game for this to be fixed NOW. Do in game protests. But as long as you except this bs you get more of it. For the love of god the only comment yoshi did on this was that he did not think people will want to use hats.
Clearly there no separate team. Or you really think it take so long to make 1 /2 glams like this?
As for viera and Hrothgar they deserve just that. The people that play this half asses trash need to start demanding (not asking) for this races to be full ones. Not half assed shit.
But as long as they mostly happy why will the devs do more work .
