Is using gaming software really not allowed anymore?

I bet you're using a browser to go through this forum. You should know that a browser is a 3rd party tool that's not associated with SE. Therefore the entire playerbase needs to be purged because they all used it to register their accounts.

Where's the megathread of whataboutisms? I'd love to read the hilarious and facepalm worthy takes on this fiasco in one sitting.
