Yeah for about a week or when they went tp level it to 90 on leveling roulette then never touch it again.

Well I'm annoyed by a change on WHM. Cast time decreased but GCD the same. Meaning I'm going to be standing there doing nothing for 1.5 seconds every time I cast Glare.

Move when I have no need to? Use ogcds when there is no reason to use them?

It's not like AST always had buttons to push after each of its casts.

They're just extending a privilege it had to all healers in general to add more mobility and wiggle room for using OGCDs and don't see any reason to view it as a negative.
