I once had house, loosed, bought again, loosed again...then a 3rd loose...then i gave up and bought a apartment.

Just the daily reminder that bad housing system is bad.

Put a repair NPC inside your house and make it a hobbit to use it regularly after a dungeon.
It is not a rocket science.

If you can not even do a simple task like this, you have an issue that you need to resolve it right away, in game or in reality
