i was expecting a qq thread about getting prereqs for the fight,,,,,,,

see that lalafell behind the pillar at the very end when the pld died? he didn't get hit with the wind.
all the pillars disappeared after the mistral shriek.

The prereq is supposed to be easier, my guess something to do with Natalan, the Ifrit one is easy.

Strategy one everyone behind any stones? XD

She looked easier than I expected, they didn't really start dying until she split into two forms.

PLD and WAR required to both tank ?

Garuda uses DOUBLE TEAM!!!! Garuda's Evasion goes up!

Edit: also the Rocks are indeed moving.. so I bet you my Bottom dollar that they are used to Shield yourself from powerful winds :P.

Hehe I knewww it XD I kept saying that Garuda would split into multiple forms..it wouldn't be like another Ifrit where its just one mob the entire time! Woot woot =D She looks amazing also...I've loved her look since they released the concept art :3

mog weapon accuracy fight?

Garuda seems to be super intesting fight. But did anyone look for JOB stats? I'm not 100% sure, but seems PLD got HP a bit buffed up :) over 3600HP with common AF gears...

By the end all the Rocks are gone with only 1 of her left... so the goal here is Use the Rocks to your Advantage.. because you will indeed lose if you don't use those rocks as part of your protection!!

here is the thing about that.

We already know her tricks. From the small adds at 1:09 to the sexy garuda clone party featuring swirly hot tub of doom at 1:47. Knowledge is a powerful tool. and they just gave us a giant box full of it.

The first QQ is clearly going to be "wtf 5fps with all this wind!"

Even with the Knowledge we had about Iffy.. He was still Hard to Bring down for over a month or 2 for most people... Because of the lag.. if theres lag here... Were in more Trouble :P

Im starting to get sick of spamming primals for weapons.

May need to crank up my OC a little bit, the wind should keep the GPU cool :D.

Yeah the CS would be like Everyone Holding on to the Rocks for dear life.. and the Lalafell ( or the lightest person in the Party) can't hold against the wind and get stucked up in the Tornado! :O

ouch ouch ouch that thing does alot on dmg O.O

Also, to note the It seems that the Rocks don't start breaking/thrown into the Tornado, till the CS where the Tornado Occurs and Garuda Screeches really loud and the Dart Feathers all hit the Rocks Shown.

1:28= Enjoy herself in the wind while Showing off her wings
1:36= Dives back into battle and says... " I was being light on you.. Now FACE MY TRUE FURY!!!!"

Rocks start breaking at this point ( you will need them.. in fact its almost Mandatory to use them.

on another note: those stone pillars have to destroyed/wind orbs to lower damage from her stupid sexy tornado attack~

Between Ifrit, Moogle, Garuda, AV, CC, and GC i would call that a "plethora" yes.

I don't think Garuda is tired... She's too hyper :P

The rocks jump at 1:01 from the wicked hurl and 1:15 from the down burst.
Looks like she can destroy the cover from the rocks.

Gonna bet my gil that while her clones are up she is gonna regen Hp like that Bahamut fight from FF 11 where smn's his servant dragons (Vrta etc) while you fight them and he regens mp while you fight them.
