68 runs still no stonescale

No spectral ... ... ... seriously this is just STUPID!

Just got my THIRD Sothis while on an Elasmosaurus run. I'm at over 100 Coral Manta runs and still no catches, despite having nearly triple the number of tries at it as Sothis.

No Spectral .... meh...

Got spectral Got intuition ... no stonescale bite...

I finally got my Coral Manta!

Final tally for this bastard was 123 trips, 65 spectral currents, 37 intuition triggers, 72 casts, 4 bites, and ONE catch. Every other big blue only took me about 10-20 trips to get.

Now I'm done, and hopefully soon you will be too.

I also sympathize with you greatly. FSH is my least favorite job in FFXIV, I hate it more than BLU.

SE set up this massive amount of RNG and sheer luck after a 20 minute wait to even get to the zone. I know that MMORPGs in general could give a *#$#! since this is time subscription and what better way to waste time than to hype up OCEAN FISHING and than hide this PILE OF CRAP for those that want to complete everything..... I am restraining myself greatly since I am posting in THEIR forum... really hope they read this because its absolute crap.. that unless you are lucky and then the stars align... you could be doing this FOREVER! THIS ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!
