Make bras unequippable

I know some games have had their ratings changed because of things discovered later. Is there any case of a subscription based game having a rating change because of an intentional change?

only if males get a bulge slider

Well, while not an actual rating change (like going from T to M), this game had a small change with Shadowbringers

All of us sitting here wondering what could the ESRB possibly be referring to with the partially nudity and Sexual themes.

Note: a certain cat being pulled from a certain place twice, doesn't count because said cat was always covered in blinding light.

I thought it was all the bunny waifus running about that brought that change, huh

It's probably to do with some of the Sin Eater designs, I guess. Though FFXIV seems to have moved away from suggestive content over time. ARR was full of innuendo and suggestive themes but there's been significantly less of it ever since HW.

Yet here in the UK the game has the same rating as Shadow Hearts did and that game had a lot of suggestive content in it, without really going too far overboard.

Yeah, that's pretty minor. But you know that a full rating change would be a problem. ESRB ratings and other ratings have become like part of the brand of certain series. A modern FF that isn't T would be "off brand" and intentionally going to M is not done lightly. Changing a subscription game from T to M would almost certainly cause some major backlash.

There was that one scene in shadowbringers where you get caught looking at Ysholta's butt.

They should just turn this game into rated M.. Just look at the Party Finder, there's at least 10 brothels to choose from xD.

Isn't the whole reason for having "nice" underwear to show it off? And if you want something like that, wear the "healer hotpants" lol those look nice.

I’m fine with this idea, there’s already mods that do exactly that. Personally I rather see better designed armor than everyone naked.

It's probably plain and meh because they dont want to incentive people running around in their skivvies. Lets be real, if the underwear was cute or nice or sexy looking, youd see a lot more people running around top and bottomless as is.

Running around like a the truckload of people already do? Hell, The Emperor's New set is pretty much an insentive too. Honestly, changing the underwear to something a little bit nicer won't do anything that isn't already happening XD

Honestly I don't think I've seen anyone running around with Emperor's New Bottoms. They usually pick one of the swimsuits for skimpy bottoms.

Nah. the "Everyone already runs around naked" thing is a trope. Most players that are running around a bit more scantily clad are wearing glamours or gear, but are not running around in their small clothes. Emperors Clothes, honestly, is more a niche glamour for specific situations, like you dont want to show gloves or feet. The chest is hit and miss, and is honestly better utilized by male characters than female ones.

I've seen a couple people show up in dungeons with a full Emperor set glamour. (I've also seen people show up with no pants at all.) It's rare.

I think some are OK. The one from Moonfire Fair a couple years ago was cute. Unless you are just 100% against bikinis, which is fine. I don't personally like fighting in swimwear, and if you are going to tank in a bikini it should be a metal bikini. You know, for protection! :D It would be nice if there were some true one-piece swimsuits in game. I'd prefer anything to the default panties.

Im a totally pervert and dont mind it at all, just in RL i dont even wear short sleeved stuff so i wont let my char run around half naked either^^

The Moonfire Fair and Courl stuff is nice, just that very old plain black bikini is a bit boring...
Yes we need some swimsuits, idk why that isnt a thing yet... (Lala in school design... <3 )


But still id love a more or less naked option and as said, the default underwear just looks kinda nasty... FFS after all those years i wished we could at least set a different color Q_Q

If it’s unequitable would it then be an item and would it need its own compartment in the armory chest?

Would it be Desynthable? Craftable? Purchasable? Meldable? Tradable?

Would players demand they lift the gender restriction so Male characters can wear one?

Would they sag? I mean our characters seem to be modeled in their prime but they are obviously being supported. Would the physics change accordingly?

If they didn’t have nipples would the game still be ‘T’? (or whatever you have in your country)

Does anyone honestly think SE would do this? :D

Are you sure? Every work is evaluated individually. It not just what is in there, but also how much and in what context.
