They also had auto demolition paused back in the content draught of Stormblood right? So maybe there's more reason than just the virus

The last thing the housing market needs is suspending the housing timer yet again. SE needs to either implement some other automated housing acquisition and release method and delete the timer, or turn it on and never turn it off again.
