I absolutely dread seeing those little round sprites such as the ones in Copperbell Mines. Why? Not because they scare me, but the squeaking noise they makes drives my bird crazy. I've been a caught a few times with him relaxing next to me only to turn into a feathered tornado as soon as he hears them =o
Those giant owls with their giant glowing eyes. I once had to tank one, which had red eyes to boot, so extra creepyness, and had to look away.
Elezen in the wrong lighting
I'm a little disgusted by the Gigantoads maybe, but not really creeped out. The Brainpan/Diadar guys in Yanxia are kinda gross too, due in large part to being reskinned puddings instead of newer, sturdier models that don't twist and jiggle like so.
On the other hand, I absolutely adore the Calca and Brina dolls, as well as Scathach. One friend of mine is so creeped out by them that, when I brought out a Calca/Brina minion, he fled and hid behind the nearest large object he could find. I just laughed and hugged the little doll.
For me it’s the flans kill one with eyes and just watch it’s creepy
Lots of the creepier ones were brought up already (giant Doman head things, those ghost with multiple masks, owls with the staves, Coerthas crocs, etc.)
But as someone who dislikes spiders, I really get unnerved by the Yarzons, especially when you get a good look at their body/head.
Special mentions:
-Those goat-headed demons (Haukke HM's Ash)
-Mirrorknights
-Taurus mobs
-Ixali (their faces! and try to imagine them without beaks)
-The new SB Qiqirn with the red-glowy goggles
-Vanara (A rank Angada mob)
When I first saw it using the floor slam move, I thought it was smashing the floor with its face. It wasn't until a few runs later that I realized it was actually pounding the floor with its stubby little fists. I was a bit disappointed; I thought the face-smash was awesomely psychotic.
I don't think that makes it any less creepy, the fact that it can even pound the ground with its build makes the animation creepy.
Oh... and this......

Top of my list are any and all forms of Diremites

I have a problem with scorpions.
Something that did make Scathach slightly more unsettling to me was when I realized that she is made out of cloth. Examination of that hole in her back, and how her "skin" folds the same way cloth does in a few places, make it evident. It also means we still don't really know what she really looks like, but it's probably closer to the void wings that come out of her back. She is likely some kind of wildly unpleasant horror hiding inside that sewn up doll body, and that's a pretty uncomfortable thought, to me at least.
Calcabrina makes me cry. I legit cannot do that fight, nor look at the screen. Severe pediophobia is a thing.
I always assumed she was just wearing a full-body leotard that had parts that were the same color of her flesh (or maybe they're meant to be translucent?). You can see the collar on her neck.
But yes, she does have a hole on her back that has a dark pinkish-purple lining inside and the fact that her 2 scarf-hands protruding out of it have pinkish-purple stains on them where they emerge from the hole makes is clear that it's likely her blood and said hole exposes her skin tissue's dermis/hypodermis (I'm no anatomy expert). Blech.
Dadaluma and his beady eye'd snarl.
Paissa. Ugh the slightly human features on its face with those crazy eyes are nightmare fuel :(

I'm not really creeped out by any of them. But some creatures I don't like fighting because they're filthy. Like the sasquatch wanting to use their.... throwing attack x-x
I'm not sure where this comes from, but the lorebook has them classified as elementals ("naturally occurring beings almost solely comprised of pure aether"), although that might be an error as they don't seem to fit in with the rest of the beings on that page - sprites, elementals, plasmids and arcanists' summons - and the entry for phurbles talks about them being hunted almost to extinction for their blood, which, combined with 'observing them in the wild' in Eastern Thanalan, suggests they're something more like a normal animal.
In any case, on the subject of what they are, the entry only says that "the body mass of these relatively harmless creatures consists mostly of fluffy fur - as those who have observed a sodden specimen will readily attest".
I don't like those either. The former were probably one of the last enemies I wanted to see rendered in 3D since they kind of creeped me out even in FF6.
Those Persona voidsent are also quite unpleasant, largely because of that shrill unearthly noise they constantly make while you're near them.
Another vote for them

Efts... their gross little eyeballs that wiggle around when they walk. Grosses me out! *blech*
Nope they are evil. I was able to live with Tarutaru's specially when Shantoto appeared and a limited event. Lalafells' are just too creepy -.-; even the Allagan would not mess that. Humans and Tarutaru = Lalafells. Although they do semi resemble Galka's
Gigantoads - Those big wide eyes...

Koja - Everything about them. Their spiky mouths, the way they smack you with their earlobes... ick....

Tiamat - I had always found her red eyes staring down at me very unsettling

I agree with Tiamat. It's moreso her size than the eyes though. She's freaking HUGE...combine that with the overall creepiness of Azys La and it definitely adds to the effect. I've always felt more empathetic towards her than terrified though. Her whole backstory is pretty tragic.
I found the thing I was thinking about.

Other players. You never know what the human behind the cute avatar may be like..
Not really creepy, but the horse models in this game seem a little......off to me. I can't quite put my finger on it.
Also the paladin's lion mount, but that's probably just a result of being a chimera with the extra parts chopped off.
With those two it's the plastic looking animations and model. The eyes aren't life-like and the whole thing seems very anamatronic and wooden. It's not creepy to me, just not pleasant to look at, and slightly immersion breaking. Dragons also have that problem when talking in cutscenes
Paissas creep me out the most.
Yeah, the horses are really off. Their proportions are weird too.
The dragons have really terrible eye focus. It's fine when you see them from the side, but from the front they're not looking at you - their eyes are staring outwards in different directions. Maybe that's anatomically correct for reptiles, I'm not sure, but in any case it makes the character look bad.
