Ok, this was extremely fun. Good job with these locations!

1)Inside the Quarantine Block - Azys Lla - x9.5 y21.5
-There are many laboratories in this place. I remember exploring them when the area was new.

2)Southern bridge of Falcon's Nest - Coerthas Western Highlands - x32.3 y40.1
-There are not many human-made areas in this zone. It was either at the far South or extreme North. At first I thought it was just a broken bridge.

3)North Eastern side of Tharl Oom Khash - The Churning Mists - x20 y6.7
-The floating rocks and the purple crystals were a huuuuuge hint.

4)South Shroud Landing - South Shroud - x14.8 y33.8
-This one took me about an hour, exploring all the local areas and enemy areas. The FATE over there pop'd when I was checking the map revealing the area as a base for thieves so I headed over there.

5)The Red Labyrinth - Southern Thanalan - x12.9 y21
-Jesus, this one was a TRUE PAIN IN THE BUTT. I didn't know where to start, I briefly explored the Thanalan areas until I noticed that the vegetation shown in the pic only grew in Southern Thanalan (Dry grass with the red spiky things). There were some cactus there too, so it was somewhere around the middle area, where both areas merge together.

I don't know how you people manage to find these places, but I have done some fishing. Bottom one is the Ixali logging grounds in North Shroud, middle is something-something Thanalan...outside Blackbrush station where the efts are maybe? First one is the entrance to the 'Skalla dungeon if I remember right.
