Please stop telling people they don't need the gear if they don't raid. I know people that keep up with their gear in the off chance they finally get time to do so. People do things for different reasons.

my way to get better weapon is just buying from MB, well the highest now are 350ilvl and they are great, try harvest gils and buy some if you cant craft , anyway its just grind locked :)
