If you didn't got it, I'd suggest, in order:
a) wait a couple days, to rule out a slow distribution issue
b) double check your eligibility
c) if all fine, make a detailed support request with date and time of your purchases in the eligible period, plus the last one before the eligible period, to calculate the possible eligible days you still got from it
d) good luck
