Glamour is what its all about. Never had this issue with end game stuff in FFXI cause glamour didn't exist.

I wouldn't say never. With the changes to the party/finder and cross-server communication, it's possible that the ability to easily communicate with other servers could create an opportunity to introduce 24 man savage content. Time will tell.

Can't wait to see some sort of allagan tri-disaster! Rot + twister + shield/tower maybe? XD

KMT its more like they have people on there team who can also speak English and read are post and you would think they would actually take on are feed back more.

But of Course Japan is there home country so they care more about their player feed back from Japan 1st and the western feed back second.

Coil is and was the best raid they've released. It's no wonder they updated it. For me they could simple increase the HP and damage dealt of all coil bosses to a L70 level and I'd be happy

Speak for yourself, OP. Personally, the game has stated, multiple times at that, the Bahamut we've fought was nowhere near its full power. Bahamut that brought about the Calamity was not at full power. Omega was made specifically fight Bahamut, who, by the time Allagans did finally contain him, had been worn down.

I want to fight a full power Bahamut.

They're not creating entirely new assets , which makes it a load easier - not having to create a new boss model, attack animations etc etc. Ultimate is just 'one' of the new contents we're getting from the reduced dungeons. (Eureka being a prime example)

They first need to upgrade the system to accodomate a serious 24 man raid, then more ppl need to come to the game and only after that we might really think about it

When Hard Core player start realizing that less and less companies are catering to their needs. The word will be a happier place.

As i recall they are moving ressources of the one dungeon to new content. For 4.1 this would be ultimate and the new pvp mode, i believe. Additionally aqua gets an new area and so on. Casual and (hardcore) raider both get content this patch :)

Sometimes people don't know whats good for them as harsh as it sounds. Getting 8 skilled player with good attitude together 2-3 or more times a week is hard enough. Getting 24 people together is harder than ultimate will be respectively.

The way I look at it is, that you have to take care of your home base. If XIV lost popularity in Japan, that would be a disaster for the games reputation.

Tbh binding coil was the most fun end game they've had so far in my opinion so I'm happy to see some of it come back in a harder mode

They can speak and read English(as far as I know it's taught in elementary school there), but I sincerely doubt they feel as comfortable doing so as speaking and reading their first language.

English is taught in many elementary courses throughout the world but it's not nearly enough to reach the level of fluency to be able to read and understand.

As someone else said, they're more comfortable catering to their homeland playerbase because it's their homeland and wouldn't ir be a shame if the game failed there?
