[dev 2.0] request - make males manly

More customization is needed, and it is coming, but really, if you choose a slender or diminuitive race......... expect that.

If they need to add any kind of masculinity in the game then add Bangaas and Seeqs to the game. You'll have gross Female Seeqs and un-distinguishable male/female Bangaas

Seriously. Deal with it; Also people commenting "the Midlander Hyur is too feminine, I want a guy who looks like a guy" Have you.... Looked around? You don't want a more MASCULINE character. You want an UGLIER character. Being more attractive isn't being less manly. Is that what you just tell yourself to deal with your own inadequacies?

Oh, I think the balding, beer-bellied, pasty- never seen the sun, pimple-faced, overweight dude would be a very popular character. :P ....No?

Yeesh, I can't believe people are seriously complaining about the character models in this game, because in my mind they are hands down the most gorgeous and lifelike models of any game I've ever played. And there are some extremely masculine options available, I see them running around all the time, so experiment with the character generator more if that's what you want.

Also, if you want puerile, muscle-bound, testosterone-ladden pyramids of masculinity, you can find them in virtually every other game that exists. Why would you want or try to import Age of Conan into Final Fantasy? Ick.

well you are wrong. I am playing elf but I want a more masclune elf. I hate the way elfs idle in this game.they stand weird and it looks stupid and weird.

Google "WoW character new models" and you'll get a ton of WoW players complaining about how ancient the animations and models are. SE should definitely head in that direction.

oh please, what are you trying t osay? characters in ffxiv do nothing while standing still. but in wow when characters stand still they do movements. for example humans move their feet, changes their idle position and shrugs. dwarfes look around and deep breaths. worgen look around and sniffs. etc etcerta.

And retainers moves their feet, too

PSU/PSO2 body shaping is much better, it allows you to change body shape, but auto adjusts everything else so you can not make a "deformed" character If anything SE should use that.

But that would require a big overhaul, and if done, you would definitely not see it till the engine rebuild of 2.0

devs can fix this by giving elezen ZZ top beards
