Difference in play style is an incredibly broad term. It effectively does allow you to kick someone for just about anything. The only real limitation is GM's perception; if they perceive that you are abusing it rather than kicking for what they see as a difference in play style, then you can land yourself in hot water. However, if people just stay quiet and silently initiate the vote kick, avoiding entering the territory of harassment, it is rather unlikely for the person being kicked to have a case to build upon due to the broadness of the term play style. Yes, it is probably a bit silly how broad it is, but it is how it is.
