I m just kidding. Maybe or not?... >; )
Lala are high in cholesterol and have nearly no nutritional value so I stopped eating them, no need to put that kind of junk food in my body. However if you mulch them, after you sacrifice them to rngesus of course, with a few sylph they make great fertilizer. My lawn has never been so green!

Can't start the day without lala flakes. They're part of a complete breakfast!
This thread... is full of information.
Cook them, roast them dare I say broiled?
Fricasseed or seared, jerky or boiled.
Yum~
Of course Lala cooking has to end! Otherwise they become overdone, or even burnt!
There's a proper cooking time for any dish.
Save a Lala, eat a Peiste
Then comes the eighth Umbral Era: Starvation.
Our new food themed FC came with a complimentary Lala. The next day I log on, he's gone. The bastards didn't even share.
What is all of this about not eating lalas raw? Ayame eats them raw at times Lala sashimi is amazing, mind you lalafells are adorable~ when they aren't causing me emotional and psychological trauma, i can't even watch people drink things out of cups anymore without the world entering a state of dramatic slow-motion.
There are just so many ways to cook lalas, and the best part? No bones, just grab them kabob them, stick them in a pot, or in the oven~ they are also quite good sliced and added to ramen or served as sashimi for those doman guests you invited to dinner~ good on you for making them feel at home.
Lala ears also have medicinal properties you know, dry them and grind them up~ add them to water and you have a powerful fruity source of vitamin c that can also give your skin a healthy glow.
Personally Ayame recommends grilled lala steaks, cook carefully for seven minutes on each side or until the meat is evenly cooked~ but make sure there is still plenty of pink in the middle~ and coat the meat generously with a delightful concoction made by mixing ifrits inferno hotsauce, your favorite honey bbq sauce, gold saucers famous steak sauce, black pepper, and mor dhona chicken seasoning (trust Ayame on this one~) and prepare for the most delicious meal you have ever had~
Sorry on a carb diet, can't load up on the potatoes.
Lalas are FRIENDS, not food!
Can't we just all agree every race is equally edible? My favorite delicacy being Elezen men~
Where is FF14's equivalent of Chef Ramsey when you need him to judge those potato based meals?
Can't believe this thread is 7 pages long xD
