I think the game looks fine to me. But then, I play on PS4 so I don't have any option that makes things look... lumpy-pudding-esque? lol.
Graphics aren't a deal breaker or that huge of a deal for me, I just think if it looks good it looks good, and I'm satisfied. Yeah I get sometimes there are going to be areas that have obvious glitches or errors, but it's certainly not ruining my experience. I can understand there are many people who are very particular/critical/picky about their graphics but you just have to respectfully voice your concerns and hope the devs choose your issue to tackle.
