I find it amusing that people believe in this moon-phase bs. Either show us the facts, or gtfo. I am a crafter, and i have done alot of it. I dont see any difference in any moon-phase at all. If SE releases the info, or validates it then i will believe it. Cmon you guys get a grip, there is no truth to this theory crafting bs. He isnt saying there is or isnt, because like he said he wants u to have faith. Like most say, fraps or it didnt happen. Tho, would be nice to have some items with Latent effects (like Hercules Ring, in FFXI, for example).

Well I'll share some secrets about the mind stat; before patch 1.19 mnd increased your mp regeneration rate while out of combat and 100% certain it increased the mp you gain back while using tranquility and exaltation. I haven't tested either after patch 1.19 to see if they're still true. After patch 1.19 a friend of mine (Towel Ragu; in case he wanted credit) discovered mind may increase cure critical hit rate through some nekkid testing with mind rings on and off. let me know how these work out for you. ;)
