I was under the impression that when you undersized something everything stayed exactly the same except mobs no longer directly dropped items or gave exp. Reward chests were untouched from my understanding and I'm pretty sure I've seen people advertising undersized pony farms before.

Could be wrong and misremembering though since I don't do pony farms myself.

The reward chest is definitely present in undersized runs, that's the purpose of this change. Before, you received all of the chest loot (equips, ponies) undersized but not the direct drops. I can confirm this for sure as I ran Shiva EX undersized a week or two ago and my friend got the pony while I got the daggers.

From next week, you can receive all of the items undersized so everyone can continue farming ponies while the insane prices for the crafting mats settle back down.

So, I hear that with Law tomes being exchangable for Scrip mats, I hear this pretty much kills off the relevance of favors too? Some of my friends were NOT happy with that given they turned stuff in last night. I wouldn't know, I don't craft seriously.

They're quite costly, 1000+ tomes per. But they're also making the mats cheaper with favors, everyone can expect everything crafted to get cheaper I suppose. Same with the Thav gear, the items for that are getting an increase in drop rate from what I could tell.

Is that really all? I wanted a tp decrease on death blossom or potency increase and duality to crit or hit 3 times like barrage.

Everything looks really great for the most part. Two really disappointing things I saw:

The one tiny, almost insignificant AST adjustment and the fact that the new fancy dress/derby hat glamour are frickin' crafted items. I was under the impression they were going to be Gold Saucer items.

Um... you know what this means, right? As seen in the picture too - you have the bunch of rare dyes you've been saving up, they're gonna remain there to clutter your inventory. And in case you save the new ones as well - double the amount of clutter!
Seriously though... instead of at least trying to ease up on the junk, they add more. "New" dyes, another new hunt token - just two I remember. /smh

This is the most beautiful thing i've ever heard.

No one has really said anything on the crafting front other than "LolSpecialistRecipeh8", so I'm going to chime in and say HOLY CRAP, RED SCRIP MATS CAN BE BOUGHT WITH LAW NOW, AND THE RED SCRIP TURN-INS HAVE TRIPLED!!!!!

This was the point in the patch that utterly blew me away. This is amazing news as a crafter!

Ninja doesn't need stronger AOE. Also, those TP changes pretty much revert Ninja back to it's 2.4 state(which is basically never running out of TP)

It's really nice to see the price gonna cut heavily, although in other side seller/people who have it gonna complaint about "RIP Rarity" lol.

Ninjas Aoe is absolute trash and the TP changes will put us up near the other melee TP wise you overestimate the changes Ninja's TP it doesn't play like it did at 50.

Are you for real? Nin aoe is absolutely terrible, worst aoe of the entire game, I run out of tp in like 10 seconds and barely do 1200 aoe dps.
Yeah right, duality, make it crit, then.

I still say they should of did shield bash instead of shield swipe.

Shield bash is connected to fast blades cooldown, use fast blade can't use stun.

Ever been in a 2 bard and healer party and there being a tank who fighting neverreap bees and it does final sting yeah dead unless the healer is quick enough and they aren't because tank pulls bees and the tree now only if the shield bash was on its own tank could stun and not worry about the cooldown.

Anyways all the rest looks good to me, I like the glamour thing but still confused about tataru cards we are going to be able to gain them from another source right?

I am on the fence, to me it's neither a buff or a nerf. I used it as a way to get more tp, but rarely had any actual utility, and it was normally gone before I had time to finish my rotation.

I had surmised that the drops, being in the chest now, would go the way of the chest in Undersized runs. But seems I don't remember the patch notes for Undersized parties correctly. You'd have noticed the replies to that post... if you read the thread.

I just want Mug to take TP instead of HP... Or for Dream Within a Dream to be less lazy and actually do something as well... "Critical hits restore TP" would have been a nice effect on that...

Oh, and Duality and Dream Within a Dream could do with eastern names, like Kassatsu, if only because Dream Within a Dream is just a stupid name...

2hrs from entry, which is what they said, you stay in full 90 minutes that's a 30 minute wait.

OH...I see. I was under the assumption that was a full 120 mins after the voyage was completed.

I suppose, the hp restoration is completely worthless, I would decrease the recast time to 60s of mug and dwad too just because.
300 potency attack every 90 seconds, absolutely amazing my man. Then I would be happy forever, maybe.

Im just wondering why we can use Mounts on that small town-map where all there lv60 tomes shop are o_O

I fear that Pegasus mount will be very difficult to get so I my wishlist goes empty =.=;; I deeply HATE grindfests for just small rewards!

Expert Roulete STILL have only 2 zones <<;;

Certain new Craftings only for Special crafters!

A very lazy "Solution" about dark knight there aura .__. so many people gave GOOD advices how they want that aura to be more Dark Knight like!

Everything else is positive and/or ok! o; (Invisible Monk weapons yay!)

The changes to limit break growth will be a real benefit to forming statics. It will be easier to fill in for a specific role and allow double job combinations instead of looking for the exact job.

Chest drops appear in unsynced trials, so those ponies aren't going anywhere.

My retainers have relayed their thanks to you for allowing Law weapons/armor to be traded for seals.

Everything looks good, except for the addition of Gobtwines etc. (I assume they mean Gobcoat, and not Carboncoat, here) to Hunts. But at least we have meaningful Daily sources of Seals, so that will cut down on the need for the zergfest.

I'm especially excited that Carbontwines/Coats can be picked up with Poetics now. There are a number of items I want to upgrade for glamour potential. I also love that crafters are getting Specialist recipes, though I know I'm going to be in the minority on that one.

I love everything in the patch notes, everything, yes, even hunts.

I'm just hyped at the possibility of using my Mac client to at least check ventures and do daily cactpot without crashing. Here's to hoping (again!)

I can't speak for all crafters but me personal as long as its glamor or housing recipe it should be fine. But if it was mats like (ex: terminus putty that was in all the gear recipes at the time) I will flip my shit.

I'll back specialist recipes when you are only allowed 3 job stones. Until that point, they need to be gone. And I'd prefer it if they took specialists away with them.
