Just got my key and registered it. I got the CE Edition from Squares Store.
Has anyone gotten any keys from the EU-SE store?
30 mins left until maintenance complete and Heavenswsrd officially launch in Europe but still no keys. I hope they will automatically send the emails to everyone.
I pre-ordered the CE (in fact I pre-ordered two CE's from the EU store, one for me and one gave to my friend who is a new player). I want what I paid for including the mount and gear when the servers come back online. That is not an unjust or unreasonable thing to ask for from SE when those who ordered from the JP and US stores are getting theirs it seems.
I'm sure the EU codes will be up shortly. I'm not sure how EU's stare handles things though. Good Luck EU folks.
You do realize in the US on the East Coast it is 3:34 am? That isn't as soon as it ticks. Also it isn't like you know tons of people are ordering and they have to go through all those orders and make sure they were paid for and the pay went through properly or anything right?
Edit: Also please remember Square doesn't handle the payments on their site it is another company entirely which is why you do not receive the codes instantly.

Your EA code is valid till the 27th. Some of us need to get the actual physical copy delivered to even get the full game code...
Which is why I said the US (the whole country) 'ticked'. In europe, that would have been at midnight british time. And I very much doubt they are manually sorting them out, in fact I'm fairly confident they have an automated system in place. They have to considering the massive ammount of orders they get.
And I'm not complaining that it isn't instantaneous, I'm complaining that it hasn't happened several hours after the appointed time.
Edit: On an aditional note, maybe some of you don't mind how your money is spent but some of us have to make choices. I do take it the wrong way if I see some people getting prioritized over others, is our money not as good as yours? Why do we need to wait while others don't? I don't mean to sound aggressive here, nor impatient but I am concerned. It won't kill me, I can wait - but I don't want to and I shouldn't have to.
I bought the physical copy but it doesn't have the expansion code on the website and I haven't gotten an email except the early access. Do I need to wait for the actual physical copy to ship and the code will be in the box?
I am going away in a couple of days for a long weekend and would like to have things sorted before then.
But that is hardly the point, the money for the Exp was taken from my account some time ago and I am entitled to my CE code and access to the addition items that purchase of the CE brings with it.
That said hope you get your physical edition today.
We're impatient because we purchased the digital edition so that we wouldn't be waiting around for the code to be delivered after release, we expect to have our codes up and ready to rock so when 3.0 officially starts, we have what we have paid for. That is what digital is for, because we have no patience. Staggered release is fine, though staggering it JP > NA > EU is arse backwards.
I got the Physical CE. Do you think I am happy that I have to wait months after ordering, and weeks after paying to get all the goodies? I am not.
But it was clearly said from the very beginning that we will get it after the official launch. Considering the Maintenance for EU official launch is still going, I wouldn't expect anything else.

Yes it has to travel, but they could have easily sent it sooner. They actually staggered the sending so that people who ordered "over-night delivery" got it shipped yesterday, while we others got it shipped on Thursday... Just that nobody gets it before today.
The code should have been sent once the maintenance started and MogStation was back up, IMO. But they likely have to send in waves.
Sending it in waves, yes, totally agree, though going from JP to NA and missing out EU (who are all up, awake and checking their mail constantly) is stupid. They *should* have released the keys a couple of days ago, so people could enter the keys into mogstation and be prepared when 3.0 hits, as it is now, there is 47 minutes till 3.0 starts, that is 47 minutes for hundreds of thousands of keys to be delivered, and hundreds of thousands of people to take down Mogstation so no one can enter their keys.
If they could have entered the keys a few days ago, with the content not unlocking until 3.0 actually officially starts, that would be the best solution, but nope, can't actually do something sensible.

Well my code, I imagine, is going to be with my physical CE....so I can see why they extended the early access time so people can get their physical shipment with the keys.
I just checked the store and my code was right there. :) I'm all registered and anxiously waiting for the servers to open.

I still haven't gotten my code, and there's only 32 minutes until launch :/ I am hoping since I bought it from the squeenix store with my squeenix account that I use for logging into everything, that it will update automatically? The lack of info is troubling though.
Got mine from the NA store, when I first input it, it tossed me back saying it was invalid, but I got it to work. Maybe let us know that the keys are case sensitive would be nice, SE.
