They delete/lock the threads. That makes it 'the rules.' It's not rocket science.

My english isnt good but it makes me think that "various topics ON Final Fantasy XIV" means we are able to post ON the ffxiv forums, not necissarily about ffxiv "various topics OF FFXIV" would make me think we were able to post topics only about ffxiv. /huh?!

This usage of 'on' means 'about' FFXIV. Like a 'taking a class on math' or 'on science' etc.

koolya, I thought you said you had bad english? It seems alright too me. =)

Just make an "off-topic" forum to discuss anything not related to FFXIV.
