The only problem with that argument is that the other seven people in the party pay their sub as well. If one person playing how they want to play ends up negatively impacting the party, the rest of them are perfectly within their rights to vote dismiss. Queueing as a marauder instead of a warrior is basically saying "I want to play a DPS but I want to take advantage of the tank queue time," and isn't really fair to the twelve DPS across the raid. If someone playing "how they want" entailed not doing any mechanics so that the raid wiped repeatedly, wouldn't you kick them for trolling or impeding progress? Playing as a pseudo-tank instead of a tank runs the risk of doing exactly that. There's plenty of newbie tanks out there in LotA and if you just happen to get one of them in your party, suddenly your alliance is completely screwed for any stage that actually requires them to have a tank.
