It was job levels.

News jobs should be available at 30. I don't care if it makes absolutely no sense in the story, A: It can be made to make sense in any number of fairly logical ways and B: gameplay over story every time. I love a good story, but if has to be altered to make the game better then it should be altered, end of IMHO.
Again, the jobs added include a Guy With A Gun and a Dark Magic Swordman. These are huge draws and it'd be insane to lock them behind total completion of the pre-expansion story.
Their starter levels should be level 30 minimum.
Done & seen well enough of those early level areas on 8 other Jobs, not including Gatherer's & Chocobo grinding or Spiritbonding.
Bold is just indicating -YOU-. Personally, I do not see how someone likes a good story, but doesn't care if a wrench is obviously thrown in and out of place. There's a number of things the Devs can do to please fans. Like the inclusion of many old FF Bosses. But guess what? They don't. Why? Lore. They love it. Gameplay over Story? Why not both? Maybe you're unaware, but a lot of gamers today complain about FF having weak stories. Let's try not to add to that perspective and allow the developers to actually creating a memorizing experience. I would personally like to see something worth remembering.
It should be 15, so we can jump into dungeons and learn what to do.
The max I'm willing to go is 30. We can jump into Haukke and it shouldn't be THAT bad to adjust...I mean
you can still go to previous dungeons and learn what to do. o-o But I don't want that many derps at 50...
50 would be a bad idea.
I am. I've been playing for ages & have everything capped to 50 on more than one character.
But I've rehashed that same content tenfold, my point is that that is enough.
Making us do it an 11th, 12th, & 13th time or so is ludicrous.
Also, on that token, it'd take insanely longer to get those Jobs introduced into Heavensward 50~ content if they start at level 1.
30 is appropriate, do it like WoW where you get a small handful of abilities like every couple of levels until you have a good set at 40 for a slow-paced intro to the Job's capabilities/function.
