While making the meme image, my PC Physical Heavensward CE order finally went through...as for Type Zero... I have to wait til Thursday for my copy to ship now ;_;
I guess it's Puyo on PS4 time until then... weeeeeee

And that is a legit statement. As is their "fine print". However, during the live letter and in subsequent posts about the items over a 100 dollars, they said it would be free. No one ever mentioned prior to today there would be any shipping cost for pre-orders. there was no distinction for free NON pre orders or NOT FREE pre order shipping

Either way, after 2 hours of trying, both the GF and I as well as other members of our FC and sister FC were able to get our CEs. Either way, you can still play ARR until the Heavensward discs show up in the mail.

Oh god 300 dollars. The damn site kept bugging

Decided to order the physical CE after all about half an hour ago. Getting the cart to load was a struggle so I remoted in to my desktop from work. After that, it was just a little slow, but I've gotten the e-mails and confirmations and I have the platform specific code you get by redeeming the one e-mailed to you, so I seem to be set. The email said they won't actually charge the total until a few days before shipping the order, so I'm only cautiously optimistic.

Same - pending .50 cents on card but no email.

Doesn't matter if I've paid for it if I don't get that email with the code, it's useless by the time they ship it I'd have to pre-order a digital...

^Thank you for saying this because it made me look at my bank account. 50 cent charge as well so now I know it had to have gone though or they wouldn't be doing this.

Edit: I see you did check - if you don't get the email just call customer service in a day or two and tell them it never came though I am sure they can help! :)

Finally!!!!! after literally 2hours and 36mins of refreshing, errors, and finally giving up and exiting out of the site completely, then opening it back up relogging in and getting no errors... I finally have my PS4 CE pre-ordered and my code redeemed! I can take a nap after that anxiety attack now @.@

And my e-mail finally arrived too.

I wasn't sure it went through until my bank called scaring the crap out of me enough I dropped my phone barely catching it before it smashed into the concrete. They were checking to make sure my card wasn't stolen. The only two transactions was my lunch purchase from the usual place I eat at damn near every day... And the 50¢ hold from Square Enix. Lol guess it went through!

Shorter than that, but longer that my patience had at first lol, took about 25mins before my email came through after I had successfully placed the order and redeemed my pre-order code as well.

Now I call back and it just rings - no automated service...

I got my pre order, but when trying to use the pre order code, it says that the code has already been used......

There is an entire thread (with admin response) about people getting a "code already used" error. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...eady-Been-Used

Maybe they stopped/slowed the emails because they need to sort out their codes..

Well, you can try to contact their support and get it refunded, then. It won't ship until close to the date so there shouldn't be an issue getting your money back for one of the copies.
