I'll spend some time relearning how they work but I was sure it was confirmed that skillspeed is an additive reduction applied after the attack speed buff.
Edit: it seems your right. The numbers line up. I haven't researched how grease lightning and skill speed worked since 2.0 launch and it seem I read some bad information. Still my explanation of why huton is better than stacking skill speed still stands for the most part.
If that's right then the original person that was replied to by the person I replied to was actually correct. Monks and ninjas will start seeing diminishing returns on sksp. So instead of a increase of. 001 with huton/gl3 we would instead start seeing .0009 .0008 or less per point. I find this disappointing
